Quick update to add support for 26.3. Not much testing has been done yet, but pets should work on spigot 26.3 now.

Quick repackaging to fix plugin load on Paper 1.20.6 through 1.21.4. If you are already running `3.15-RELEASE` and it's working, you do not need to update.
