# ## # Initial Modrinth release. Rebuilds map art in item frames at a lower resolution, cutting the video memory and framerate cost of large map walls. A wall of a thousand maps costs roughly 4 MB instead of roughly 64 MB on the default setting. - Quality tiers: Ultra (vanilla), High, Medium, Low, Potato, Off - Optional distance cutoff, past which framed maps render blank - Option to hide banner and player markers on framed maps - Master toggle to restore vanilla rendering - Settings apply instantly through Mod Menu, no restart needed Only maps in item frames are affected. A map held in hand or opened fullscreen still renders at full vanilla quality. **** ## Minecraft 1.21.6 through 1.21.11, Fabric, client side only. ## Requires Fabric API and Cloth Config.
