Replaces the placeholder mod description with a real summary, so the file listing matches the project page. No gameplay or config changes.

- fix: FPS recover threshold no longer gets stuck on a value that is not in the settings list (picking warn below 60 used to force a recover value of 65, which no button could cycle back to) - FPS threshold choices now go up to 120, and "FPS warn below" stops at 90 so a strictly higher recover threshold always exists - corrupted or hand-edited fps thresholds now snap to a real choice instead of an arbitrary +5 offset - fps warn/recover are now always drawn from the offered list, so the config screen and the saved config can no longer disagree

- Added a Mod Menu settings screen so every log line can be toggled in-game - Settings now persist to config/zalks-stats.json instead of being hardcoded - Hardware probing moved to a background thread, so it no longer stalls startup - FPS logging now reports averages and warns once when frame rate stays low, using a separate recovery threshold instead of spamming every frame - TPS logging now uses real tick timings instead of a counter - Added heap, server lifecycle, and player join/leave logging - Mod Menu is now an optional dependency rather than a hard requirement

Brah... forgot that newest is 26.3 so i pushed to 26.3, sorry i dont play mc often i just wanna help out community. no more hcnages than 1.2.0 only version name changed but works on 26.3

**_universal support_**: the mod now works on dedicated servers without crashing. - environment safety: added logic to detect if the mod is running on a server or a client. - server logging: servers will now log cpu and ram specs to the console on startup. - 1.21.11 compatibility: fully updated for the latest mappings.

*****yo***** tested on i7-6700k, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ddr4. should have no problems anyhow. dm zallkyre for issues. pretty useless on its own; recomend it for modpack creators and log analyzers.
