Added additional checks to prevent OpenGL crashes with Nvidia OpenGL drivers (thanks xGabou!)

Changed rendering class from GL11 to GlStateManager Unsure what effects this may have so I'm making it a beta release just in case

fixed java localisation issue where the decimal point would not show up in numbers

greatly improved optimisation with the tablet - it now renders one single large texture using a single openGL call, instead of using multiple openGL calls to render every pixel Note that large values will now impose stress on the server instead of the client, and may cause stuttering on the client as larger images take longer to upload to video memory
