# Waystones beta 2.0 ## Added - The waystone item >The waystone item is a global waystone usable by anyone, you may still use a linking compass on it.  >It is crafted with 3 amethyst shards, 3 enderpearls, 2 eyes of ender and a lodestone  >Waystones will display in a 2 column dialog  - Linking compass cooldown - Settings The settings includes the time to use the linking compass and its cooldown - Settings Menu The settings menu can be opened with `/function waystones:settings` ## Changes - The linking compass now uses a 0 seconds consume time by default - The type control library is required due to waystone addition
