fix issues

## Changelog (Modrinth) - `vX.X.X` ### Added - Added `block-player-command` to block jailed players from running commands. - Added `whitelist-commands` to allow specific commands while jailed (when command blocking is enabled). ### Changed - Replaced `disablecommands` with `whitelist-commands`. - Jail data storage moved to encrypted database file: `data/jailed_players.db`. - Automatic migration from old `jailed-players.yml` to the new encrypted DB on startup. ### Fixed - Fixed jailed players being unjailed after server restart. - Jail state is now persisted and restored properly. - Fixed `hidejailedloot: false` still hiding inventory. - Inventory is now only hidden when `hidejailedloot: true`. ### Notes - Config migration needed: - Remove `disablecommands` - Use `block-player-command` + `whitelist-commands` - Old jail file format is supported for one-time migration.
