[ELECTRIC MINER] - It is a rotating item, but when getting close to blocks with the miner turned on, it will mine blocks much more efficiently; however, it has a maximum battery limit of 20,000 FE and shorts out underwater if turned on. - Can mine Bedrock (even if with great difficulty and consuming a lot of battery). - Deals damage to nearby mobs when turned on. - Accepts pickaxe enchantments (Efficiency, Silk Touch...)
