performance fixes: Mobs won't get stuck forever inside the wormhole portal anymore. Teleporting to a pedestal in another dimension now actually works. The portal won't cause lag even if lots of mobs pile into it at once. Stuck mobs are automatically let go instead of being stuck permanently. The dark barrier no longer deletes items for no reason when it's busy.
