Player Warps Features

Browser & In-Game Warp Editor GUIs — Players can browse all warps in a paginated GUI and edit their own warp's display name, lore description, and custom icon (by dragging and dropping an item) from /pwarps edit.
Public & Private Visibility — Warp owners can toggle their warps between public (visible to everyone in the browser) and private (accessible only to the owner and staff).
Safe Warp Detection — Checks nearby blocks at the warp position (solid ground below and at least 2 blocks of air above) during warp creation and teleportation, cancelling the teleport if unsafe.
Warps Rating — Sends a clickable chat prompt after visiting a warp so players can rate it (1–5 stars) in a GUI. The rating is shown on the first line of the warp lore (Not rated yet when unrated).
Money Requirement (Paid Warps) — Players with permission can enable a teleport cost on their warp via the Edit GUI or /pwarps cost. Uses PlaceholderAPI (%vault_eco_balance%) to check visitor balance and runs configurable give/take economy commands.
Whitelist & Blacklist — Warp owners can toggle whitelist mode and manage whitelisted and blacklisted players through separate GUIs or commands. The blacklist blocks players even when whitelist mode is off.
Favourite Warps — Players can right-click warps in /pwarps to add or remove them from their favourites list and filter them using the Favourite button.

Limit permissions don't stack — the highest number overwrites the lower. Players with none of these fall back to default-limit in playerwarps-config.yml. create defaults to false for server owners to choose which groups or players have the permission to set player warps.

## New Features **Player Warps** — a full player-created warps system, separate from admin warps: * `/playerwarps` (`/pwarps`): `gui`, `set`, `del`, `edit`, `list`, `warp <name>`, `warp <owner> <name>`, and `admin info|wipe|tp` for staff. * Per-player limits via numbered permission nodes (`ultimatewarps.playerwarps.limit.<n>`, highest wins) or unlimited. * Public/private visibility, custom icons/descriptions, own edit GUI. * Optional creation requirements: own GriefPrevention claim, outside WorldGuard regions, overworld-only, min distance from spawn/other warps. Works without those plugins installed. * Fully configurable teleport countdown — boss bar (color/style/text), title/subtitle, particles (type/count/dust), sound (type/volume/pitch) — plus own storage, config, and GUI layout files. **Formatting** — a shared formatting engine used everywhere a name or message is rendered, supporting MiniMessage tags, legacy `&` codes, hex (`&#RRGGBB`/`&x&R&R...`), and `§` codes together without one breaking the other. **Usability** — tab-completion added to `/delwarp`. ## Behavior Changes * Teleporting to a player warp now requires the explicit `warp` subcommand (`/playerwarps warp <name>`) instead of being the unnamed default.
