Hotfix for Stairs Selection Info Display

### Now Support Waterlogged blocks. - You can now tweaked blocks that are waterlogged. ### Added Supported Blocks: - Pumpkin & Melon Stem (it convert stem to attached_stem) - Pumpkin & Melon Attached Stem ### Technical Changes: - Backend Rewrite - Block Data now stored as per player. - This is to prevent issues in multiplayer if both players use the tool at thesame time. - Tool is reactive to the new interacted block. ### Quick Fix for minor bug: - Fix Walls issues that turns `up=false` block face to `up=true` viceversa even its not selected.

> - Tweaker Stick can now retain its last `Block Face state` when using it to another block. >>>> - If the new selected block has the same `Block Face state` as previews block, Tweaker Stick will set the new selected block to next `Block Face State`.

Fix incorect displayed text on actionbar when changing the block face of walls and stairs.
