Что нового
### ✨ Added
* Permission system — `treechopperpro.use` (everyone) and `treechopperpro.admin` (op only)
* `/tcp toggle` — enables or disables the feature for yourself
* `/tcp reload` — reloads `config.yml` without restarting the server
* `/tcp version` — displays the plugin version
* `config.yml` — added auto-sapling, max-blocks, sound-effects, particle-effects settings
* Sound effect when chopping a tree
* Particle effect at each broken log
### 🔧 Changed
* Unbreaking enchantment now works correctly — Previously ignored; damage now follows the vanilla formula $1 / (level + 1)$ per log
* `api-version` updated: `1.19` → `1.21`
* Stricter axe detection using `endsWith("_AXE")`
* `ROOTED_DIRT` and `MUDDY_MANGROVE_ROOTS` now recognized as valid planting surfaces for mangroves
* Block limit is now configurable via `config.yml` (default: `500`)
### 🐛 Fixed
* Fixed incorrect leaf matching for mangrove and nether trees (`_HYPHAE` normalization)
