No more cooldown on villager trades. 100% Server-side.

Just remove this mod to bring back the cooldown, idk why you would do that, but you can
(sometimes the "X" on the trade sows, but its just visual, you still will be able to trade [i will fix that on the next version, im too lasy to fix it now])

(i know a bug that sometimes the "X" on the trade sows, but its just visual, you still will be able to trade [i will fix that on the next version, im too lasy to fix it now], and i will soon make a system to allow a /op to config the mod)
