Updated to 26.2. Bumped Fabric Loader version to 0.19.0 (min.) Updated minimum Fabric API version.

### Compatibility Update + Extra - Torrent is now compatible with future versions of Fabric API! - Fixed Torrent displaying as "Torrent 0.0.5" in log files and the listing now reflects the actual version.

### Bug Fix & Update - Resolved a bug that caused buckets, when placed in the same block as a sign, to visually disappear leaving the user with a bucket that looks empty but is still full. - Updated to Fabric API ver. 0.146.1+26.1.2 & Fabric Loader ver. to 0.19.2

### Bug Fix! - Resolve a bug where when lava (likely water too) is placed on a multiplayer server, it disappears and becomes transparent. - Shifted how server confirmation/denial works via reverting to Vanilla handling on that matter.

## Complete Restructure for Minecraft modding changes - Updated to **Minecraft 26.1.2** - **Logic** has been simplified while simaltaneously improving it. - Code management has been significantly improved, enabling me to update for later versions much more efficiently - Removed "Torrent is active" from being sent in chat every time a server change takes place; it now only fires once at mod initialization and is visible in the console. - This is the foundation for future builds. - Less overhead bcuz it is simpler now.
