This Update adds support for versions 26.1

This update is being released as a Beta as I currently dont have HMI compatibility fully done (and I'm not really sure when it'll be done since I'm working on other stuff right now), I am adding some support for the punchy mod, specifically the shears (thanks punchy team for providing me with that support!)

## The Big HMI Update This update brings full HMI compatibility to Tools and Utils (finally!) Some things to note however: - The shears left-handed model is bugged out, this is an HMI issue as far as I'm aware. - The End Crystal I cannot get to fix so it might stay that way. I also believe that's an error on HMI's part though.

Hotfix that: - fixes the placed copper torch model - adds particles when you break it
