## Key Changes
- **Fixed:**
- Fixed incorrect message when disabling a world using the command: `/timeportals close <world>`
- **Added:**
- Added permission support for specific worlds that allows bypassing world restrictions. If you have this permission, you can teleport to a world even if it's disabled. Set bypass permissions in the `worlds.yml` file
- Added detection for players who are in a world when it gets disabled. If detected, the player will be teleported to their previous location if it exists (unless they have the bypass permission)
- Added comments to configuration files: `config.yml`, `worlds.yml`
