Uses a scoreboard to keep track of the current dimension. Also has some multiplayer fixes: each player will be teleported individually instead of all teleporting to the same position.

The respawn point is no longer set every tick, instead it's updated after switching dimensions. It also sets the spawn point to the correct dimension (either overworld_a or overworld_b, instead of the dimension you died in).

Alternate between 2 sets of dimensions, regenerating the previous dimension when leaving. Sets the world spawn every tick--this will be fixed soon (when I have time).
