# 📢 The Core — v1.0.0 The Core Modpack Official Launch After nearly **two years**, The Core is back in development and has been rebuilt from the ground up on **Forge**. I felt as fabric wasn't giving enough options for the modpack. The Core is a personal modpack built to enhance **my own Minecraft experience**. I wanted to share with others who might enjoy the same style of Minecraft. The goal of The Core is simple: bring together **Fantasy, Exploration, & Civilization** while keeping Minecraft feeling like Minecraft.
