Corrupted Illager can wear armor and yield weapons

Small fix with the switch spawner config option. Stopped console spamming with non existent structure pools.

Release for 1.19.3. Massive internal changes: moved structure generation to JSON. Updated Geckolib to V4. Due to the changes to JSON and therefor tag-based biome selection most configurable biome/mob options aren't possible anymore. Something I'm looking into for 1.20.

Configurable boss fight (corrupted champion). Resolved pathfinding issues with customs blocks.
