A complete reimagining of the mod

Bug fix: - now the void compass spins if it is in a dimension without a portal - incorrect ru localization for soul conection stone - +- fixed broken fog from Thaumcraft Added: - ability to specify a dimension for portal generation - now if a player with a void compass is within a radius of 8 blocks from the portal, the compass will spin - now soul conection stone can only collect a command from a dimension with a portal, if the player is in another dimension, he will not get to the ancient world Changed: - rewritten loading screen - updated incinerator animation - slightly changed the text of the soul conection stone description

In v1.3.1-betta i finished the configuration and broke the mod :(((( probably it should still work, but I fixed everything
