Add support for custom nickname commands.
By default the plugin will use a format that supports Essentials.
It can be changed in the config to format you need.
The plugin will error if no format is specified in the config, so please remember to set it if you are updating from an old version. You may find the default config [here](https://github.com/Kurumi78/SystemSwap/blob/master/src/main/resources/config.yml) for reference.
Also fixed a bug with the Alter Command.
