Tweaked config files for serene seasons trying to make the season temp offsets a bit more sane.

This was an accidental release, that happened testing my build and versioning process. No changes here, but it seems everything is working as intended!

- Removed Ars Elemental

Made changes to Cold Sweat config files: - Turned on Smart Hearth settings allowing it to activate and deactivate based on player body temp. - Set insolation slots to scale linearly with armor protection. For example if you’re helmet gives 5 armor, you would also have 5 insolation slots to use. I feel like this gives another reason to upgrade armor and progress through the game as it would increase survivability both from attacks and enviromental.

Modified Serene Seasons mod config to shorten sub seasons from 8 -> 7.

Modified ColdSweat insolation values to slightly increase survivability. The whole idea is to make the more temperate areas less harsh in the summer and winter. More tweaks will come as we zero in on the ideal settings here.
