1. Add `/stackmore setlanguage <code>` command for in-game language switching. 2. Add third-party PDC protection: items tagged by other plugins are auto-skipped. 3. Add `player_only` message key across all 7 languages. 4. Extracted `CommandUtils`, `StackCommandHelper`, decomposed command methods, eliminated code duplication.

1. Change the default language to en_us. 2. Fixed an issue where item lore contained hardcoded Chinese. 3. Added support for French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese.
