- added spawn config (is_spooky) (dark_forest/modded biomes) - cobblemon asset license included in download (the texture used is in the mod itself) - starter config removed - the resource pack file has been removed (put the datapack zip in resource packs) - to spawn manually: /pokespawn pichu spiky-eared

no spawn data, just makes it able to be a starter via config/spawned in with commands. added cobblemon asset license to files.
