Requires Minecraft 26.3 and Java 25. On 26.2 use 2.0.0; on 1.21.x use the 1.x release.
### Changed
- Built against Paper 26.3 on Java 25 and tested on Paper 26.3 build 140, which Paper still marks as beta: there was no stable 26.3 build when this was released. `api-version` is now `26.3`.
- 26.3 adds no mob and no spawn egg, so the spawner list is unchanged.

This is the first public release of SpawnersPlus!
### Features:
* Mine spawners and have them drop as an item (retains mob type).
* Change a spawner's mob type by right-clicking it with a Spawn Egg.
* Fully configurable `config.yml`.
* **Config Option:** Set `require-silktouch` to `true` or `false`.
* **Config Option:** Add mobs to the `egg-blacklist` to prevent them from being used.
* Multi-language support (comes with `en-US` and `pt-PT` by default).
