Fixed server crashing when picking up snakes on shoulders, added rabbit to hognose food to make it easier to breed them, and added compatability with the Rats mod so snakes can also eat raw rats.

Fixed a bug so it should now work with servers. Not compatible with old save files due to updated mod ID.
