Full rework of the command book - New front page - Can now click links on the front page, and block properties first page to navigate around the book [eg Create Display/block properties alphabetical chaptering] - Moved Credits/Update Book page to Page 2 - Moved Block Properties to be the Last category in the book - Added hover text to some of the book to explain each function Added Locking Displays - Locked Displays cannot be edited or destroyed until they become unlocked - Locked Displays will highlight yellow when Highlight is used. If there is a display that you CAN edit it will also highlight but in white. Fixes an issue where crafted books would sometimes be unuseable, due to constantly triggering the score, thus preventing the player from triggering the score
