The Official Sk1er Scrollable Tooltips. Scrollable Tooltips allows you to scroll up/down (mouse wheel) or left/right (mouse wheel + shift) when an item's tooltip doesn't fit on the screen.

- Updated Vigilance and Elementa on Fabric, fixing visual glitches in the settings menu
