## Simple Groups and Claims 2.0 — updated for Minecraft 26.3 *Requires Paper (or a fork like Purpur) 26.3+ and Java 25. Your groups.yml is converted automatically, and a backup is kept.* ### New Features - **Group & ally chat** — `/g chat` and `/g allychat` (toggle, or send a single message) - **Group homes** — `/g sethome` and `/g home`, with warmup and cooldown - **Claim borders** — `/g border` shows nearby claim edges with particles - **Ally permissions** — `/g allyperm` lets allies use your doors, containers, or build - **Tab list** — players' groups now show in the tab list, in the group's color - **Web maps** — claims appear on BlueMap, squaremap or Dynmap if installed - **Admin tools** — `/g admin delete`, `unclaim`, and `bypass` - **messages.yml** — every message can now be edited ### Protection Fixes - Fire can no longer burn away or be lit inside claims by outsiders - Hoppers can't steal items from claims or locked containers - Armor stands, paintings, item frames, boats and minecarts are protected - Farmland can't be trampled; endermen and withers can't grief claims - Copper chests fully supported, and copper golems respect locks and claim borders - New options to protect animals and villagers from outsiders ### Improvements - Faster startup and less lag: claimed chunks are no longer loaded, and saving is batched and runs off the main thread - Group names are no longer case-sensitive and are limited to letters, numbers and underscores - Kick, promote, demote and transfer now work on offline players - Leadership passes to an active member if the leader goes inactive - Chat now works alongside other chat plugins and Discord bridges - Fixed adding a player to one lock sometimes granting access to another

Added /g lock system, commands and features: /g lock Locks container/block (chest, door etc.) player is facing within your groups claims /g lockinfo Shows information of locked container/block player is facing /g lockadd <Player> Adds player from your group or allied group to own lock player is facing within your groups claim /g lockremove <Player> Removes player from your group or allied group to own lock player is facing Functions Locked containers/blocks are immune to griefing Lock override access goes in order of seniority (e.g. Leader can access/unlock moderator and member locks, members cannot access/unlock moderators locks) Tab complete now works for offline players when using lock system Removes players from all group and/or ally groups locks if they are kicked or leave their current group Removes locks in groups claims if group is deleted Doors that break as a result of their support block breaking have locks removed
