Also fixes a bug where if you broke a shulker box with your hand it's contents would be erased. if you haven't made any changes to the config file (`config/silky-hands.json`) remove it and restart the game. otherwise make sure you add all the shulker color variants to your ignored blocks in the configs

Fixes a crash that was caused by my dumbass who didn't test the last release properly

Fixed a bug where an ignored item's harvesting requirements would still be bypassed
so for example if you ignored stone and then you break a block of stone with your hand it would still drop but as cobblestone, this will no longer happen
