Описание
This mod adds a new quartz portal.
The quartz portal sends you to a world or server when you enter it.
You build the portal just like a nether portal but with chiseled quartz instead of obsidian.
I would recomend making a singleplayer world called "Portal Hallway" because the portals lead to any world called Portal Hallway when there isn't a sign nearby.
To select a world, place a sign near the portal and type the name of the world you want to join.
To select a server, place a sign near the portal and type "IP:" and then the server address.
You can join any server with this mod, even if the server doesn't have the mod.

Moved all portal functionality to the client side for easier plugin development.
Simplified a lot of code because there are no more packets required.
There is a bug that lets you create ghost portal blocks on servers, but I'll keep it in because it's useful.
