Reupload because of an issue

Changes made: - Made it work on 1.21.8 - That's around it.

Updated to 1.21.4. No other changes this time.

Fix bug where Infinity's max level is set to Impaling's

Does the exact thing as Sharpness VI 1.20-3 except for Minecraft 1.21

Fix bug where maxCost is set to minCost of enchantment.

Changes made: - Support for all vanilla enchantments has been added. - All enchantments have been set to their vanilla values on new installations as there are now enough enchantments in the config that editing them all back to vanilla values would be tedious. This does not apply to any installations made before this update. - unbreakingArmorFix is also now set to false by default in accordance with the change listed immediately above. - For preexisting users, no changes to your configuration is needed on updating; your previous configuration will be automatically converted. Mod ported to 1.20.6

1.19

- Power XV for your bow that can one shot someone in full netherite (note: I didn't actually test this claim)
- Enchantments can now go up to XXX (lvl 30)! Not that you are gonna be able to get THAT high of an enchantment anyways.
- Now displays enchantment levels higher than X properly!
