- **Windows crash workaround:** Disabled Ixeris’s input optimization on Windows to bypass the native SDL crash encountered after joining the server and using chat. - **Resource-pack defaults:** All included resource packs now start enabled, including packs marked incompatible. - **Expanded enabled selection:** Added the previously inactive item, GUI, and boss-bar packs, along with Flat Shulker Icons. - **Preserved pack priority:** Previously enabled packs retain their relative order. The following packs remain disabled: **Fullbright, Glass Pane Culling Fix, Default Connected Textures, Legacy Console, High Contrast, and Programmer Art**. ### Updating New resource-pack defaults apply to fresh installations. The first alpha release of the Semarina modpack, prepared for our community server. ### Included in this release - **Semarina server preset** — `play.semarina.com` is already listed in Multiplayer. - **Curated visuals** — resource packs come enabled in the intended order. Some resourcepacks are disabled and should be enabled manually. - **Optional shaders** — included and ready to use, disabled by default. - **31 custom emotes** — available through **B**, arranged across four wheel pages. - **Voice chat** — proximity, whisper, and broadcast controls configured for the server. - **Building and exploration tools** — including Litematica, maps, waypoints, and zoom. - **Focused keybindings** — everyday mod features have convenient shortcuts while essential Minecraft controls stay familiar. - **Fresh-install presets** — first-launch settings remain available, with personal worlds, maps, and history excluded. ### Alpha testing This is an early release.
