If you do not use Seamless Ores, this release changes nothing for you. ## A clearer answer on Fabric 1.20.x The old wording said the pack renders nothing there without [Indium](https://modrinth.com/mod/indium). That was wrong: the outlines and overlays do appear, they simply do not light up, because Sodium below 0.6 does not implement the rendering API the glow needs and 0.6 never shipped for 1.20.1. The thin flickering lines some people see there have now been traced. Removing Sodium and Indium makes the glow work with no flicker at all, so neither this pack nor Fusion is at fault; it sits in the Sodium and Indium rendering path, and it is reported upstream. Every one of them was read out of the mod itself rather than guessed, so an ore that only generates in stone gets exactly the hosts it really has, and nothing is claimed that the mod does not ship. ## Meadow's limestone ores join the vanilla families Meadow puts vanilla ores in its own limestone, which is the same idea this pack exists for. Its alpine coal, copper, diamond, emerald, gold, iron, lapis and redstone now take the vanilla glow and outline, and they connect to ordinary stone and deepslate ores of the same type. Powah's three uraninite grades do the same: poor, normal and dense are one body. ## Dimensions stay apart Ores that exist in more than one dimension no longer outline into each other. Silent's Gems has a form of nearly every gem in stone, netherrack and end stone, and each is now its own shape. ## Now listed for 1.20.x The pack file has always worked this far back; it is now labelled for it. One thing to know on **Fabric 1.20.x specifically**: Fusion draws through [Indium](https://modrinth.com/mod/indium) there, so without it the pack renders nothing at all, silently. Install Indium alongside Sodium. Even with it, thin flickering lines can appear on ore faces on that version. ## Twelve more mods Silent's Gems, Mekanism, Dense Mekanism, Powah, Silent Gear, Create: The Factory Must Grow, Create: New Age, Energized Power, Exp Ores, Ice and Fire, Things and Meadow all glow and outline now. They connect the way you would expect. A morkite vein running out of stone and into granite is one outlined shape, and Mythic Metals' own tuff orichalcum and blackstone stormyx join their family too. Ores that exist in two dimensions stay separate, so overworld banglum never tries to outline into nether banglum. ## Stormyx and unobtainium now animate Both animate in Mythic Metals, and now their glow animates with them, in step and at the same rate. The outline stays steady while the ore pulses underneath it. Getting both at once needed the ore and the border to be drawn as two separate layers, because a connected texture cannot animate on its own. Every host version animates, including the ones that sit still without this pack.
