Patch for 1.0.6 that fixes the order of resource packs/config settings

Fixed main menu, IM SORRY YALL.. and Essential config tweaks.

Tweaked horror entity spawn rates a smidge to be more balanced. Nether lighting should now be much scarier, and some light config and options refinements.

The Nether now works properly, should be no more issues for now.

Removed Cave Dweller Sound Overhaul in order to be able to publish the project, hopefully the creator of it will one day publish it on modrinth. I highly reccomend finding it yourself online and adding it yourself :)
