you are probably thinking: "Yeah I don't get scammed, I am not stupid!" but are you always under full awareness?
ScamScreener is designed to keep you safe while you are distraced, by people trying to scam you.
How does ScamScreener work?
When a player sends a message into the chat, the mod reads it and compares it against its locally stored rules and weights. The Message reaches the Detection Pipeline and from here each Step adds Points to the message from 0 to 100. Above a certain threshold you'll receive a warning that this message might be kinda sus.
Does ScamScreener learn?
Yeah kind of. But only if you, the community participate. The Mod uses Cases to identify Scam Behavior over several messages. You can manually share them to the ScamScreener Hub where only the messages and the pipeline results gets stored and bundled to improve the rulesets. The Mod does not know any Player Names or UUIDs This is not an LLM or AI.

This release brings back Minecraft `26.1.x` support next to `26.2.x` and trims a few chat false positives.
- added Minecraft `26.1.x` builds again through a multi-version build setup
- lowered the default too-good-to-be-true score so a lone `guaranteed` or `dupe` mention no longer opens a review alert by itself
- stopped treating casual standalone `vc` mentions as external-platform pushes (existing rules files are migrated automatically)
- removed the unused legacy trend-escalation mapping and settings
- reposted Skyblocker helper lines (score, crypt, and livid callouts) stay out of the trend wave; the recent reports came from clients older than 2.5, so please update
- updated build dependencies (Fabric API, Mod Menu, Gradle, Stonecutter)
