- Added a highlight to the active target in the Target Selection menu - Now at Resolve 4 you are able to use Hamon Overdrive, Hamon Beat Over Drive, Hamon Barrage, Sunlight Yellow Overdrive and Scarlet Overdrive against Stands when you have Hermit Purple active, the damage can be changed due to balance, but for now this values are for testing, this is turned off by default on configs

Added Emperor Stand

- Vines origin changed to user instead of Stand to match better with the new animations - Added animations to divination actions - Added 5 or 10 seconds of windup to some actions to match them with the new animations - Minor code fixes - Grappling vines now come from the center of the user instead of having an offset, I was to lazy worry about that in the animations - Added webshooter Stand skin

- Entity filter eliminated in the Entity selection due incompatibility with Alexmobs
