Port to 1.21.1

1.1.0: - Added Crystalized Obsidian Stairs and Slab. - Added new Stained Hardened Glass blocks and panes. - Added new Tinted Hardened Glass block. - All Hardened Glass blocks have Connected Textures. - Removed Crystallized Obsidian Pane. (Crystallized Obsidian has been rethought and this will be the only time I remove a block). - Reworked Hardened Glass and Crystalized Obsidian textures. - Changed Hardened Glass place sound. - Nerfed Hardened Glass Pane crafting recipe. (Now you obtain 8 Hardened Glass pane instead of 16). - Nerfed Hardened Glass break system. (Now you need to break a hardened glass with a silk touch pickaxe to obtain the block).
