Reimagined Farlands

- this mod adds the farlands and fartherlands back, there are 7 stages to it

1. at 12,550,821 the original farlands start
2. at 14,050,821 the spikelands start
3. at 14,300,821 the patolands start
4. at 14,700,821 the decaying farlands start
5. at 14,850,821 the grasslands start
6. at 15,000,821 the void starts
7. at 15,010,821 the original farlands continue forever

note: this is basicaly a fork for 1.21.11 as said and i MIGHT make this mod for newer versions in future, original by killerpancakewafles
