- removed a bug where you could crash for holding down a mirror - made it only increment mirror stats if you actually teleported

- added an advancement for getting a mirror - added two advancements for using a magic mirror, 5 uses and 25 uses - - takes account your use count for both the ice and normal mirror - added two advancements for distance travelled with a magic mirror, 100 blocks and 1000 blocks - added an advancement for getting every mirror

- added custom particles to tp instead of the white flash - added custom sound for when you teleport - added custom sound for when you try to teleport but fail

- particles should now work when using `rakkys-instantMagicMirror` set to true - fixed messages showing their translation keys instead of their message - made `rakkys-mirrorExperienceLevelUsage` actaully work how it's meant to - removed the minimum on `rakkys-magicMirrorCooldownTicks`

- added an creative tab that holds the magic mirrors - changed tooltip, old one is still visible if you have Advanced Tooltips enabled - removed teleportation checks if you're in creative - particles and sound effects should now play when `rakkys-instantMagicMirror` is false, hopefully

- Added `rakkys-` to the start of each gamerule to make them easier to find - Fixed a bug where `rakkys-mirrorExperienceLevelUsage` didn't check if the player actaully had those levels before teleporting them - Fixed a bug where `rakkys-mirrorExperienceLevelUsage` took double the specified amount of levels - Changed `rakkys-magicMirrorCooldownTicks` to `rakkys-magicMirrorCooldownTicks` to specify that the cooldown was in ticks - Fixed a bug where you could use an ice mirror even if your magic mirror was on cooldown, vice versa
