Quick Hotfix for Cobblemon 1.8 - Make Your Move Update

**Added:** - the Kanto league (Located in the end) - Face off against the formidable elite 4 and champion. Do you have what it takes to become champion of the region? **Fixed:** - Added slowness effect to all summoned NPC trainers, making them unable to walk around and instantly leave their structure. - Added necessary tags to end structure sets to avoid spawning in the void. - Fixed multiple backend spelling mistakes allowing all structures to spawn correctly in the world. - Changed viridian gym to blackthorn gym as Claire is the last gym leader instead of Giovanni in RCT. - Edited gym structure slightly to allow for more room below buildings. - Removed basalt deltas from cinnabar gym spawn pool (caused strange generation).
