Fixed two bugs that reduced collection size and reversed the action direction of the redirect focus.

-added balance changes to living beacon and config settings -added new item for the igneous beacon -added reactor and custom recipes for the reactor (including with other fluids!) -added distillery, no custom recipes but automation and redstone compatibility -all mod blocks can be automated -fixed some issues/bugs -added photosensitivity config option (on by default!) -some updated visuals -optimized/documented code

-slowed the constructor animation to once per tick instead of 20 times per tick -added translation for block of coins -fixed dormant dragon egg and dormant bottle not showing up in JEI or creative tab

First version. Adds 16 items, 23 blocks(9 blocks with custom functionality), and 5 potion effects.
