Survival
Your whole perspective is just a body camera. The camera moves naturally with your steps and head turns, so it actually feels like you are there.
It gets dark. Not "spooky" dark, just genuinely hard to see. Nighttime and underground hit different, and deep caves are full of thick fog. You'll want a light source, and even then, it only helps so much.
New world generation
The terrain's been "heavily" reworked. But the only thing i noticed is denser forests, maybe because its just dynamic trees mod. And About trees, they come in different shapes and sizes instead of all being clones.
New visuals and gameplay changes

Warning
This modpack contains:
- intense darkness.
- sudden loud sounds.
- flashing visuals.
- sustained psychological tension.
- Mimicked will record and play your voice on other entities (not players).
It is recommended to be played with headphones.
Solo play is possible, but honestly, it's way better with a friend or two.
Please do not install Essential Mod (or simply dont equip any accessory in it), because it breaks the Real Camera, by adding more polygons to the playermodel.

Known Bugs:
- Strange fog added by another unknown (yet) mod, that breaks some shaders.
- (probably) CANTBREATHE crashes game for everyone on the server except the host
