Texas Hold 'Em poker tables for Paper and Spigot, with real cards on the felt, side pots, Vault bets and a chip menu.

Poker
No-limit Texas Hold'em, played at real tables in your world.

An admin builds a table wherever they're standing. Players walk up, right-click a chair, buy in with their Vault money and get dealt in. The cards land on the felt in front of them. There's no menu-only minigame and no separate arena, just a poker table your players can sit at.
Poker uses the same Playing Cards resource pack as Blackjack. When a player first sits down, Minecraft asks them whether to download it; they can decline.
At the table
- Cards you can actually read. Your two hole cards lie flat on the felt right in front of your seat. Everyone else only sees their backs. The board sits in the middle, and every seat gets its own upright view of it, so nobody reads the flop sideways.
- A proper showdown. Hands are turned face-up for everyone. The winning cards light up gold, and the chips slide across the felt to the winner.
- You can always see what's going on. A dealer button sits in front of the button seat, and a clean label above each player shows their name, stack and last action. The pot is shown just above the chips.
- 2 to 8 seats per table. The chairs are built around the felt. Sit down by right-clicking a chair, and sneak to stand up and cash out.

Real Hold'em rules
- Rotating button with small and big blinds, including the heads-up rule: the button posts the small blind and acts first preflop.
- Fold, check, call, bet, raise and all-in. The minimum raise is the last full raise, and a short all-in doesn't reopen the betting.
- Side pots for every all-in. Split pots give the odd chip to the first seat left of the button.
- A hand won because everyone folded is never shown.
Easy to pick up
- Play however you like: chest menus, clickable chat buttons or plain commands. The raise menu has min-raise, ½ pot, pot, all-in and a custom amount.
- One tidy turn prompt with your cards, the board and what it costs to call. There's no wall of chat.
- Suits are coloured in chat: hearts and diamonds red, spades and clubs dark grey.
- A short how-to-play the first time someone sits down, and a friendly
/poker help. - Sounds and a bit of flair: a ping on your turn, chip clicks on bets, a fanfare, and a "You win $1,200 with a Flush!" title for the winner.
- Players work out their own hand by default. If you'd rather tell them ("You have: Two Pair, Kings"), turn on
interface.show-hand-strength.
Keeps the game moving
- Turn timer. When it runs out you check if you can and fold if you can't. Players who keep timing out are stood up.
- Play-again check. After each hand every player confirms with one click, and anyone who doesn't within 30 seconds is stood up and cashed out. There are no more tables stuck waiting on someone who walked off.
- Fair with money. Buy-ins are set in big blinds (40–100 BB by default) and moved from Vault into your table stack. Top up between hands. Leave and the rest of your stack goes straight back to you. If the server shuts down mid-hand, the hand is cancelled and every bet in it is refunded.

For server owners
- Config files that look after themselves. Every start and every
/poker reloadchecksconfig.yml, your messages file andstats.yml:- A missing file is recreated.
- A broken file is kept as a backup and rebuilt, keeping every setting that can still be read.
- Files from older versions are upgraded in place without losing your values or comments.
- A bad value falls back to its default, and the console tells you which one.
- Your tables are saved safely and are never lost to a typo or a world that failed to load.
- Update notifications from Modrinth. Poker checks for new versions at startup and every few hours and tells admins when they join. It never downloads anything on its own: an admin runs
/poker updateto put the new version inplugins/update/(it installs on the next restart), or opts in to automatic downloads withupdates.auto-download: true. The running version is never replaced, you can pick the release, beta or alpha channel, and one setting turns the checks off. - Per-table settings. Seats, blinds, buy-in range and join distance can be set on each table with
/poker settable. - Statistics: hands played and won, showdowns won, biggest pot and net winnings.
- PlaceholderAPI placeholders, leaderboards included, for scoreboards, tab lists and holograms.
- Four languages (English, Korean, Turkish, Russian), and every message can be edited.
