ВЕРСИИ (7)

- Now supports PmWeather versions more broadly (saves on having to release a new version for each minor version)

- Base support for PmWeather 0.17.0a - 0.17.2a (need to double check everything functions properly and will release a hotfix if needed)

- Added config option to configure how many blocks per tick are attempted to be put into the "hail destruction phase" (default is 13)

- Even more optimizations - Added Entity Damage modifier config option: - This new config option multiplies the final damage value by the configured value - Added Block Damage modifier config option: - This new config option multiplies the final increment value for block destruction by the configured value

- Precip chek logic for entities is now properly ordered saving on expensive checks for all entities - entity hail checks are only every 5th check now (based on entities lifetime so entity checks are spread over ticks)

- Fixed possible issue where mod wouldn't load on servers

- Now supports Pmweather 0.16.4 - Added support for servers - Mod is now full server side
