pipes v0.3.1 FLUID TRANSPORT (NEW) - Pipes can now carry fluids pushed by DefCoreLib's Copper Water Pump: one bucket-unit per pump cycle travels the chain (corners included) to the first accepting tank, cauldron, or world endpoint. - Every pipe variant carries water; only iron pipes carry lava, end to end. Item transport is unaffected. - A dead-ended chain stalls the pump instead of spilling fluid. LEGACY PIPE MIGRATION - Pipes placed with the old standalone plugin (v0.2.0 and earlier), which stopped working under v0.3.0, are now automatically adopted into the current format as their chunks load; /pipes migrate sweeps all loaded chunks on demand (unloaded chunks migrate automatically as they load). Verified on a real world: 176 pipes across all 8 variants migrated with zero leftover display entities. - Stray display entities from broken legacy pipes are cleaned up, and /defcorelib cleanorphans now reports legacy strays it could not yet judge (unloaded chunks) as skipped instead of ignoring them. - The migration shim will be removed in v0.4.0.
