Hotfix for Permitted not working on servers Fixes [issue #1](https://github.com/RedstoneWizard08/Permitted/issues/1)

New features, bugs and exploits patched, and more! ## Changes/Fixes - Vendors in buy mode no longer require permits. - Added new commands to give, claim, and unclaim permits. - Added a creative tab. ## Known Issues - Switching vendor modes can be glitchy. I'm not sure if this is Permitted's fault. Workaround: Exit the vendor menu right after changing the mode, and then re-open it.

A few bug fixes! ## Changes - Custom names now apply correctly. - Create: Numismatics is now listed in `mods.toml`. - Permits now limit what you can sell in a Vendor.
