Have you ever wondered what Minecraft's mountains would look like if their peaks weren't abruptly cut off? This lightweight datapack alters world generation to let mountains grow all the way up to the absolute world build height limit of Y=320, revealing their true, uncapped beauty.

⚙️ How It Works

• This pack is designed to be as minimalist and non-intrusive as possible. It changes only one single parameter in the original vanilla worldgen algorithm: it extends the mountain drawing threshold into the Y=256 to Y=320 range.
• Vanilla Preservation: Anything below Y=256 remains completely untouched. You will experience the exact same world generation below this height.
• Pure Worldgen: It does not introduce new biomes, blocks, or mechanics.

🔌 Compatibility & Testing

This pack works seamlessly alongside most other datapacks, with the obvious exception of overhaul packs that completely redesign the same vanilla terrain parameters. It has been tested and is fully compatible with:

• Geophilic: A subtle overhaul that improves the vanilla Overworld by adding extra features like boulders, tree stumps, and bushes.
• Dungeons and Taverns: A structure pack that populates your world with vanilla-friendly dungeons and taverns.

🔄 Safe to Add & Remove (Vanilla Friendly)

Because it relies entirely on vanilla worldgen systems, this datapack is 100% safe for your save files:

• Safe Removal: You can safely remove the datapack at any time without game-breaking issues.
• Pre-generation Trick: If you only want specific mountain ranges to be ultra-high, simply enable the pack, pre-generate those areas (using a tool like Chunky or by flying around), and then remove the pack. The generated high peaks will stay!
• Bedrock Conversion: Worlds generated with this pack can be safely converted to Minecraft Bedrock Edition, allowing you to enjoy towering peaks on any device.
