- Fix Thaumcraft's focus bolt not showing up. This was fixed by adding `thaumcraft.client.fx.beams.FXBolt` to the default config. Existing configs need to be adjusted manually - Fix ignored particles flickering off when first spawning in - Fix item pickup animation flickering. One part of the fix for this was adding `net.minecraft.client.particle.ParticleItemPickup` to the default config. Existing configs need to be adjusted manually

Erroring particles are no longer culled. This fixes an issue where when one particle errors during the culling process, no other particles would be processed, leading to all particles to incorrectly disappear.
