## v1.0.0 — Initial Release
### Added
- Removes the "Too Expensive!" XP cap from anvils
- Operations over 39 levels are automatically clamped to exactly 39 levels
- Operations under 39 levels are completely untouched — full vanilla behavior
- Enchantment combining works correctly when vanilla blocks the result
- Per-world toggle via `enabled-worlds` in config.yml
- `/ntep reload` command to reload config without server restart
- Zero dependencies — no PacketEvents, no ProtocolLib, nothing extra required
- Compatible with Paper, Spigot and Purpur 1.21+
