Nether Scattered

**A couple bugfixes.** ### Have Fun!

- Fixed the **player** being able to destroy in a **3x3x1 radius** with any **item**. This **feature** was only for the **Netherrack Drill** and because it was working with other **tools** as well, it needed an **IMMEDIATE** fix. ### **Have Fun!**

- Added **New Item** - **Netherrack Drill** - Mines a **3x3 zone**, when the **middle block** in broken. - Added **New Enchantment** - **Withered** - Applies the **Wither Effect** on the **target entity** when attacked by the **player**. This **Enchantment** cannot be applied at the same time on your **weapon** with **Fire Aspect**. **(Existing levels: I, II, III)** - Changed the **Corrupted Tear** to have an **Uncharged texture/state** when it cannot be used again for **45 seconds**. - Changed the name of the **Creative Tab** from **"Scatter"** to **"Scattered"** to better fit in with the mod's name. - Changed the **Nether Totem's** and **Corrupted Tear's** description. ### Have Fun!

- Added 2 more minutes for the recharge time for the Experience Soul Block. - Changed texture for the Braunite Tools to now having no shadows. ### Have Fun!

- Fixed Braunite Ore not dropping when broken with an Iron Pickaxe or higher. - Fixed the description of the Corrupted Tear. - Fixed the Creyesis Spawn Egg being in the Scatter Creative Tab. Have Fun!

- New Mob - Creyesis (A floating Eyeball that spawns in the Nether occasionally). - New Item - Corrupted Tear (Rarely drops from the Creyesis Mob and when Right-Clicked, gives you 20 seconds of Night Vision but can only be used every 45 seconds). - Revamped some textures, and made them even better! Have Fun!

Mostly a bugfix update. 1. Removed Unused items. 2. Fixed Version and Description in game. Have fun!
